We have so many customers come to us that have started the process of ISO accreditations on their own to discover they don’t have the time or resources required to build a full management system from scratch and find the process quite overwhelming.
The ISO process doesn’t have to be complicated; we like to keep things simple. We can create your management system for you, saving you time and money and we will support you at each stage of the process.
Stage 1 – Gap Analysis
Initially we will work with you to complete a Gap Analysis document to see what you currently have in place and make a plan for what documentation we will need to create for you. We will need some basic information on the tasks your company undertakes and copies of some evidence such as fire records, staff training certificates.
Stage 2 – Writing your Management System
Next, we will get to work and write your management system for you compliant to your chosen standards, providing you with a monthly update on our progress. Typically, systems can be created and ready for certification in a 3-month time frame, if we have also to all requested information for yourselves.
Stage 3 – External Audit and Certification
Finally, once everything is ready to go one of our trained auditors will conduct the Internal Audit of the Management System to provide peace of mind that your system is ready for external audit. Our trained auditor will then attend and lead on your external audit with your chosen awarding body, be it on site or remotely.
What ISO Certifications can you support with?
ISO 9001 – the quality management system Standard. This standard can help demonstrate that you are committed to delivering quality service and products with customer satisfaction at the core of your activities.
ISO 14001 – the environmental Standard. Show your customers you are committed to the environment, save costs and reduce your energy consumption.
ISO 45001 – the occupational health and safety Standard. This standard can help demonstrate your commitment to ensuring the health and safety for everyone in enters your workplace.
Integrated Management System – this consists of all 3 standards above – 9001, 14001 and 45001. If you are looking to achieve for certification for all 3 standards, we suggest an integrated system. You will still receive Certifications for all 3 standards. It is just a more efficient way to write the system and saves repetition and duplication with your management system. Instead of writing 3 systems you can write one that encompasses all of them.
